Having close to a decade of operational financial services including wealth management, trade executions, portfolio management, fund management, customer relationship management and corporate management, Jasmine has strong knowledge in financial products and assets from her years in the banking and trading space. With a broad exposure to international client groups and business and solid understanding of corporate finance framework and controls, Jasmine also helped kickstart a vertical farm project of a Hong Kong-licensed agritech fund in Singapore for food security and safety. Prior to founding Vertical Rock Capital, Jasmine co-founded a fund management company in Singapore registered with MAS and as an executive director handled asset management for multi-family offices and focusing on channels and the distributions of their in-house bespoke funds and expanding the external asset management activities with other financial entities. She also has years of experience in various corporate actions and corporate finance activities for both listed and private companies globally.
